Six legendary coaches, including Lee Man-soo, Song Jin-woo, Yoon Hak-gil, Cha Myung-ju, Kim Dong-soo, and Kang Seong-woo, will participate as leaders of the training camp.
The Korea Baseball Organization (KBO) will hold a nurturing camp for 4 nights and 5 days from the 24th to the 28th at the KBO Baseball Center in Boeun, Chungcheongbuk-do, with a total of 80 participants, 40 pitchers and 40 catchers each. This camp is conducted for the purpose of improving basic skills and skills through customized training by professional instructors for young promising players.
Six members of the KBO Talent Donation Committee will participate as camp leaders. Coaches Yoon Hak-gil, Song Jin-woo, and Cha Myung-joo will participate in the pitching camp. The catcher camp will be led by coaches Lee Man-soo, Kim Dong-soo, and Kang Seong-woo.
At the pitching camp, skill training including how to use the upper and lower body when pitching and how to hold a pitching grip, as well as defensive training such as base pick-off and assault batting, will be conducted.
At the catcher camp, basic catcher defense training such as throwing, blocking, and framing, as well as batting training such as BP and tee batting, are planned.먹튀검증
In addition, KBO plans to help players develop good character by conducting anti-corruption, school violence, and sexual violence education.
This camp is supported by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the National Sports Promotion Corporation. Boeun-gun provided all training facilities, including a baseball field, indoor practice field, and indoor gymnasium. Donga Otsuka provided water and Pocari Sweat for hydration.
