Is Soto the best SD All-Star qualifier? Ha-seong Kim?…MLB.com, Trout overtakes Ohtani as the Angels’ best all-star

On the 7th (Korean time), MLB.com released a ‘rare’ analysis.

MLB.com selected one player from each of the 30 teams with the best All-Star qualifications, with the All-Star voting in full swing.

According to this, Juan Soto was selected for the San Diego Padres. Soto is batting .265 with 10 homers.

MLB.com said, “San Diego hasn’t lived up to expectations so far, but Soto is having the season they wanted last year. He still feels there’s plenty of room for him and the team to grow.”

However, Soto’s WAR is 2.2, lower than Kim Ha-sung’s 2.7. Kim Ha-seong is doing a splendid job in both batting and defense.

MLB.com also selected Mike Trout, not Shohei Ohtani of the Los Angeles Angels.

Ohtani is hitting 0.276 with 16 homers as a hitter. Even as a pitcher, he is compliant with an earned run average of 3.30. WAR is 3 2.메이저놀이터

Trout has a 1.8 WAR, a 0.266 batting average and 13 homers. It is inferior to Ohtani in almost every way.

In the case of the Boston Red Sox, Masataka Yoshida was selected, and the best All-Star eligible player for the New York Yankees was Aaron Judge.
