The 3rd TaylorMade Mid-Amateur Championship is held.

After preliminaries were held sequentially in five places nationwide, the players selected will determine the winner in the October finals today.

The first preliminary round will be held on June 12 at Seongmunan CC in Gangwon-do. Applications for participation are until May 26, and 58 out of 240 participants are selected. The second qualifying round will be held on July 4 at Seorabeol GC in North Gyeongsang Province. 92 people participated and 16 people were selected. The 3rd qualifying round will be held on August 21 at Baekje CC in Chungcheongnam-do, with 92 players participating and 16 qualifying for the main round. In the 4th preliminary round, 92 players competed on September 18 at Shangri-La CC in Jeonbuk to select 16 players. The final 5th preliminary round will be held at Jeju Elysian CC on September 25th, and 10 out of 40 will be selected.
